God Calls Us His Sons and Daughters
One of the greatest truths in the Bible is that God has adopted us into His family. We are not strangers to Him—we are His children. The lyrics remind us:
“Who calls us daughters and sons?
All praise goes to just one.
God did it, God did it.”
In 1 John 3:1, the Bible says:
“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!”
God’s love for us is so deep that He chose us to be part of His family. He calls us His own, and nothing can change that!
Give God the Glory
Every blessing in our lives—our salvation, our strength, our victories—comes from Him. Sometimes, we take credit for our success, or we forget to acknowledge the One who made it all possible. But today, we pause and declare: God did it!
In Psalm 115:1, we are reminded:
“Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.”
