Jesus Is Our Rock and Refuge
There are times when we feel lost, weak, or unsure of what to do next. But the Bible tells us that we don’t have to carry our burdens alone. In Psalm 61:2, David cries out:
“From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.”
This verse reminds us that when we feel overwhelmed, we can turn to Jesus. He is our Rock, our safe place, and the One who can handle everything we face. No matter what storm we’re going through, He remains firm and unshaken.
Surrendering Control to Jesus
One of the hardest things in life is letting go and trusting God completely. We like to be in control, to plan everything out, and to fix our problems on our own. But true peace comes when we surrender to Jesus and allow Him to lead us. He sees the bigger picture, and His ways are always better than ours.
